Services

NEXUS DIGITAL provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads management, social media marketing, web design, content marketing, and analytics.

Billing & Payment

• Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
• Ad spend budgets are separate from service fees
• No long-term contracts — month-to-month service

Service Delivery

• We provide monthly reports on campaign performance
• Results timelines vary by service (SEO: 3-6 months, PPC: 1-2 weeks)
• We do not guarantee specific rankings or results
• We follow Google's best practices and guidelines

Cancellation

Either party may cancel services with 15 days written notice. Upon cancellation, we will transfer all account access and assets to you.

Intellectual Property

All creative work produced for your campaigns (ad copy, designs, content) is owned by you upon full payment. Our proprietary tools and methodologies remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

NEXUS DIGITAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
